How to Measure Yourself

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, typically where you bend when you tilt from side to side. Keep the tape comfortably loose and parallel to the ground.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape is level with the ground.
