It is critical that all people are treated with respect and dignity through our value chain, and that equality is reflected in all we do. It is the duty of Baciano to uphold human rights in our entire value chain, and wherever we can, to promote the ideals of human rights.

Our long-term goal is to achieve complete accountability in the supply chain. It's going to be a long journey and it will probably take us several years.

Baciano is continuously growing, this is an environment in which we are constantly expanding into new suppliers on board and at the same time working within our current supplier base with defined improvement opportunities and risk mitigation.
