Can I make a change or cancel my order?

If you'd like to change your order or cancel it, please call 1-213-747-1999 or email customerservice@bacciinc.com. One of our representatives will be happy to help you. We can't make changes to an order once it has been placed, but we can help you with an exchange or return.

What are my payment options?

Baciano proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Yes. We will charge your account immediately through the payment gateway.

I would like to place an order before a holiday. When is the best time to place the order?

It would be best to place the order before 12 pm (PST). The package will also be shipped within the day unless otherwise specified.



Why don't you guarantee shipping?

We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We have received and fulfilled orders from different countries and it continues to grow.


Tracking Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.



What is your return policy?

USA AND International Orders:

The return applies only to online purchases made through www.bacciinc.com. Items purchased at any of our retail locations must be handled by the original point of sale.

To be eligible for a refund the item(s) must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn.
  • Original tags must be intact.
  • Merchandise must be mailed back within 7 business days of the delivery date.
  • Products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.


Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. Baciano does not provide shipping labels for returned merchandise.

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include your invoice and order number.

When will my purchase be refunded?

Upon receiving the return, we will credit your account within 7 business days.

When will I receive my exchange?

Please place a new order online for the item(s) you would like to purchase. The amount of the initial order minus shipping will be credited back to your account in the manner stated above.

From time to time, you may receive periodic emails from us about new merchandise, Press, or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive such emails or mailings from us, please contact us.

We respect your privacy. Baciano does not sell or share the information you provide to us to any third party. Baciano may, from time to time, contract with unaffiliated third parties that assist us in providing services to you; assist in maintaining and managing customer information to provide customer and internet services, or to more effectively communicate with you. These companies are contractually restricted from using your information in any manner, other than in helping us to provide you with the services available on our site. Baciano does not authorize any unaffiliated third party to make any other use of your information.
